4. Get a Comprehensive Stool Analysis

If you've been sick for a long time you may want to get a stool test.

The one we recommend is called a CDSA x3 (Comprehensive Stool Analysis w/Parasitology, 3 samples). This is the #1 test you can do if you want to find out what's truly wrong with your gut. 

We're always amazed how often people say they've been to a dozen of more natural health doctors or "gut specialists" NEVER having had a CDSA x3 test performed or even heard of one!

You can get it through Doctor's Data Illinois or Genova Diagnostics in North Carolina.

Ask your practitioner to organize a test for you and have it analyzed by one of these labs, they're the best ones in my experience. A CDSA test is expensive and not everyone can afford it, but if you can, it's well worth seeing the results.
