4. Wheat & Foods that Contain Gluten
You need to be careful with certain grains during the first month of recovery.
Especially wheat. Too much of it can upset your digestive system.
Note that I'm talking about wheat in particular.
Not rolled oats, not brown rice, not millet and not quinoa.
I've seen many patients recover from candida while eating these foods. It depends on the severity of the candida infection and the stage you are at in your recovery.
